Planning and Footpaths Committee

This committee is responsible for commenting on all planning applications and reporting any faults with public footpaths and bridleways (not highway pavements).

Rudgwick Parish Council (RPC) is a Statutory Consultee which means Horsham District Council (HDC) must inform RPC of any planning applications made within the Parish. RPC visit all applications and, at each planning meeting, make comment. RPC will decide and inform HDC on their level of judgment of each application. Levels of judgment may be “Support”, No Objection” or “Objection”.

Planning Committee meetings are open to members of the public. Members of the public may only participate in discussions if invited to do so by the Chairman of the committee.
